Our wedding buffet is designed to feel generous, flexible, and full of flavour. Guests can enjoy a choice of several mains and a selection of seasonal sides — so there’s always something for everyone.

Starter


Roasted butternut squash soup with a swirl of Ballyrashane cream, topped with crispy smoked streaky bacon.


Main Course (guests pre-select from your menu)


Pan-Seared Fillet of Crossgar Chicken Supreme — dressed on the bone, served with gratin potato fondant, seasonal greens, and a pink peppercorn cream


Award-Winning Feather Blade of Beef — slow-cooked to perfection, served with roasted root vegetables, creamy quenelle of mashed potato, and a rich red wine jus


Darne of Irish Salmon Fillet — finished with Atlantic baby prawns, spinach, and hollandaise sauce


Duo of Duck — Silverhill fillet with confit leg, braised spiced red cabbage, gratin potato, and a plum & damson jus


To the Table

Extra potatoes and seasonal root vegetables are served family-style to complement the mains.
